The Australian agency for Shopify and WooCommerce brands.
We work across pure B2C, B2C-with-wholesale-portal and founder-led retail. We know Shopify cold. We know WooCommerce cold. We know Klaviyo, Meta and the wholesale dynamics that come with both.
Past and present clients Gorilla Glue · Bujairami · Rose-Hip Vital · Charleston's · FATZ · Paint Pinot · Belle et Blanc · RG Enterprises · Jons Furniture · Sports Range 4X4 · By Charlotte · 1825 Interiors · NG Mobility · Gillie and Marc · Tribal Rose
The same agency handles all three. The playbook adjusts.
Direct-to-consumer brands
The classic Shopify or Woo storefront selling to retail customers. Meta + Google Shopping for acquisition, Klaviyo for repeat. Conversion-rate optimisation, AOV growth, LTV economics.
Hybrid brands with wholesale portals
The B2C storefront has a B2B wholesale arm, a logged-in retailer portal, tiered pricing, ABN gating, account managers. Shopify Plus or WooCommerce with B2B for WooCommerce / Wholesale Suite. We've shipped both.
Automotive, mobility & home
Higher-consideration consumer purchases where catalogue depth, product education, showroom or dealer touchpoints and a longer path to purchase shape the programme.
Shopify and WooCommerce, equal weight, different dynamics.
Most agencies pick one and call the other "compatible". We've built and run both at scale, and we'll tell you honestly which one fits the brand in front of us.

Shopify, 9.1% of 12-month revenue
Shopify Standard, Plus, and Markets. Theme development, app stack rationalisation, Klaviyo and Meta CAPI integrations, B2B with Shopify, headless when it makes sense (rarely does).
- Theme builds and conversion-rate optimisation
- App stack audit (most stores have 8+ apps they don't need)
- Shopify B2B / Wholesale company accounts
- Markets multi-region pricing & domains
- Klaviyo flows + Meta CAPI server-side tracking
- Subscription apps (Recharge, Loop)

WooCommerce, our largest ecom book
WordPress + WooCommerce, with the right host (Kinsta, Cloudways, dedicated). Plugin-stack discipline, custom checkout, B2B for WooCommerce, performance budgets, Australian hosting.
- Performance-engineered builds (Core Web Vitals targets)
- Custom checkout flows (high-AOV brands)
- B2B for WooCommerce / Wholesale Suite portals
- ACF + custom post types for catalogue depth
- WooCommerce → Klaviyo / Mailchimp pipelines
- Australian-hosted, security-hardened, monitored
Six layers we run together. None of them on their own.
Meta paid social, dominant
Where consumer brands actually grow. Disciplined creative testing, audience iteration, conversion-event optimisation, CAPI server-side tracking.
Google Ads, for intent
Brand defence, competitor terms, Performance Max for catalogue, Shopping for catalogue brands. We integrate the feed properly, Merchant Centre isn't a check-the-box exercise.
Klaviyo email automation
Welcome flows, browse-abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, predictive segments. The unsexy revenue 90% of brands leave on the table, and the highest-ROI line in your stack.
SEO for category authority
Long-form content for the founder voice, product-page schema, review-platform visibility, and category landing pages that rank for the head term.
AI-accelerated creative
Imagen-led variant production at the volume Meta's algorithms actually need. Brand-trained outputs, in-house finished. Veo 3 for short-form video at retainer scale.
Capped monthly retainer
Fixed monthly cap covering paid media management, Klaviyo, and creative production. No surprise media markups. Cancel month-to-month.
Named consumer brands we have worked with.
The clients below represent past and present consumer-facing engagements across ecommerce, retail, hospitality, automotive, mobility, home, lifestyle and experience brands.

Different platforms. Different growth stages. One accountable model.

Global brand, Australian arm, WooCommerce backbone.
WooCommerce growth, Meta paid social, Klaviyo automation, AI-accelerated creative. The B2C arm of a global consumer giant, managed at retainer cadence.

B2C storefront with a B2B wholesale portal.
Shopify with logged-in B2B, tiered wholesale pricing, ABN-gated catalogue, Meta + Google for B2C acquisition, Klaviyo for retention. Two demand engines, one platform.

Founder-led, capped retainer, two years and counting.
Fixed. Meta paid social, Klaviyo automation, AI-accelerated creative variants. The cleanest example of "founder-led, capped, no surprises".
The wholesale portal that comes with your B2C stack.
A surprising slice of our consumer book has both a B2C storefront and a B2B wholesale arm. The retailer logs in, sees their tier pricing, places an account-credit order, and the back-office sees one platform, not two.
We've shipped this on Shopify (B2B with Shopify, company accounts, Markets pricing) and on WooCommerce (B2B for WooCommerce, Wholesale Suite, ACF-driven tiered pricing). We'll tell you which platform fits, and we'll integrate it with the Meta and Google ad accounts that already exist for the B2C side.
What we ship for wholesale brands
- Logged-in retailer storefront (separate UX)
- Tiered pricing by retailer group
- ABN / business-verification gating
- Account credit & terms (NET-30, etc.)
- Order minimums & quantity breaks
- Sales-rep ordering tools
- Klaviyo segment isolation (B2C vs B2B)
The questions consumer brand founders actually ask.
Are you a Shopify Partner?
Yes, we're a Shopify Partner agency, and we run client stores on Standard, Plus, and Markets. We don't pretend Shopify is the right answer for every brand though; for a number of our clients, WooCommerce is genuinely the better fit and we'll tell you that directly.
Why do you have more WooCommerce brands than Shopify brands?
Two reasons. (1) Many of our consumer clients came to us with existing WordPress / WooCommerce stacks where a re-platform wasn't justifiable. (2) For mid-market Australian brands with complex catalogues or B2B-wholesale arms, WooCommerce + B2B for WooCommerce is often more cost-effective than Shopify Plus. We're agnostic on platform, we're not agnostic on the work.
What's the minimum monthly spend?
Our consumer-vertical capped retainers scale with brand stage, from early-stage founder-led brands through to high-volume and multi-region storefronts.
Do you mark up Meta or Google ad spend?
No. Ad spend is at cost. Your Meta or Google invoice is your Meta or Google invoice. We charge a flat management fee on top, fully disclosed, never hidden.
Can you take over our existing Klaviyo account?
Yes. Roughly half our consumer engagements start with a Klaviyo audit, accounts that are already running but under-optimised, with broken flows, untriggered segments, or unattributed revenue. We typically have historically lifted Klaviyo-attributed revenue materially within the first 90 days of a takeover.
Do you build the storefront, or just manage marketing?
Both. We have an in-house dev team for Shopify and WooCommerce builds, plus theme customisation, app stack rationalisation, and ongoing maintenance. We'd rather build a store and run the marketing on top of it; that's where the integrated economics work for both sides.
What if we have a wholesale arm too?
We've shipped B2B wholesale portals on both Shopify (B2B with Shopify, company accounts, tiered pricing) and WooCommerce (B2B for WooCommerce, Wholesale Suite). Roughly 25% of our consumer-book revenue comes from hybrid B2C-with-wholesale brands like Bujairami, RG Enterprises, Paint Pinot, and Gillie and Marc.
Adam takes founder calls directly.
Thirty minutes with the founder of 121 Group. We'll talk about your platform stack (Shopify, Woo, hybrid), your Klaviyo set-up, your Meta and Google accounts, and whether 121 is a fit. No deck. No follow-up unless you ask for one.
