How the monthly strategy review actually runs.
Sixty minutes. Senior strategist on the call (the same person who scoped the engagement). KPI review against the trailing month, programme adjustments, 30/60/90 horizon planning, BigQuery dashboard live walk-through. Not a 35-slide deck. Not a "we'll send a recording".
What we cover and in what order.
Trailing-month KPI review
Live walk-through of the BigQuery / Looker dashboard. Headline KPIs vs prior month, vs same month prior year. Anomalies flagged. No surprises, anything significant has been flagged in the weekly cadence already.
Programme adjustments
Senior strategist's recommended adjustments based on the data, campaign reallocation, creative refresh, audience iteration, content-calendar pivot. Client decision points called out explicitly.
Next-month editorial / campaign calendar
Review and approve next month's editorial calendar (content), campaign calendar (paid media), event-led campaigns (FIS for fertility, AMEC for industrial). Sign-off in-meeting where possible.
30/60/90 horizon planning
Ahead of the 30-day window, what's coming on the 60 and 90-day horizons. Programme commitments, external dependencies, brand-launch cycles, recruitment campaign phases.
Open questions + actions
Client open questions, agency open questions, action items with named owners and dates. Documented in Notion within 24 hours of the meeting, accessible to both teams.
No 35-slide deck
Action items + decisions documented in Notion, 5-page max. The dashboards are the dashboards, they don't need to be screen-shotted into a deck. Recordings available if you want them.
