By Adam Ducquet · 8 June 2026 · 2 min read

Five promotional-products-specific disciplines

1. B2B buyer audience targeting

Buyers are HR / marketing / events teams. LinkedIn paid + Google Ads for procurement-style search ("corporate gifts Melbourne", "branded merchandise wholesale Sydney"). Different from B2C B2C creative + targeting.

2. Account-based pricing

Repeat corporate buyers + reseller accounts get account-specific pricing. WooCommerce + B2B for WooCommerce or Wholesale Suite. Login-required pricing visibility for established accounts.

3. Quote-vs-checkout conversion path

Many promotional product orders are quote-led, not direct-checkout. "Get a quote" CTA alongside "add to cart" CTA. Quote workflow with sales-rep follow-up. Hybrid B2C-checkout + B2B-quote conversion architecture.

4. Branding + customisation visualiser

Promotional products are branded by the buyer's company logo. Site UX includes logo-upload + visualiser ("see your logo on this product"). Custom-product configurators for engraving / printing / embroidery options.

5. Bulk-order quantity-break pricing

Promotional products are bulk-purchased. Quantity-break pricing logic visible at product detail level. Volume discount tiers (50+, 100+, 500+) with automatic per-unit price calculation as quantity changes.
