Why occ-health is structurally different
Occupational health providers (Job Fit Australia, Northcare Physio, Partnered Allied Health) sit at an unusual intersection. The clinical service is healthcare under AHPRA. The buyer is HR / WHS / procurement at a mid-to-large enterprise. The contract is B2B procurement at tier-1 panel scale. The labour market behind delivery is allied health professionals (occ physios, audiologists, screening nurses). Four operating models converging.
Six occ-health marketing layers
1. LinkedIn-native HR-buyer targeting
Senior HR, WHS managers, procurement officers in mid-to-large enterprise are the buyers. LinkedIn is the channel, Sponsored InMail to specific named-account cohorts, Conversation Ads for capability-statement distribution, personal-profile cadence for senior occ-health leaders.
2. Capability statements, occ-health flavour
For tier-1 enterprise procurement panels, occ-health providers need the same capability-statement discipline as industrial B2B suppliers, pages 1-4 doing all the work. Occ-health-specific evidence: clinical-quality systems, AHPRA-aligned standards, allied health practitioner credentials, multi-state network coverage, tender-response track record.
3. Service-line landing pages
Pre-employment medicals, drug & alcohol, audiometry, vaccination programmes, return-to-work assessments, each with its own intent landing page, its own Google Ads campaign, its own conversion track. Bundled retainer pricing on the parent capability page.
4. National network mapping
For mining, FIFO, transport and infrastructure clients, occ-health supply needs to map to multi-state worksites. Service-area maps, location-pair coverage tables, network-density visualisations. Procurement officers want to see geographic coverage clearly.
5. Tender response systems
Occ-health is a tender-driven business. We build the response systems, capability collateral, service-pricing matrices, case-study libraries, accreditation documentation, that turn tender responses from a 3-day scramble into a 3-hour assembly.
6. Compliance: AHPRA + WHS
AHPRA on the clinical side, WHS / chain-of-responsibility on the procurement side. Both compliance stacks built into the production pipeline, both reviewed by named compliance officers, both with provenance metadata logged.
